Explore the Hub

Learning about equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and human rights is an ongoing process. It involves reflection, unlearning, asking questions, and remaining open to new knowledge and perspectives. As members of the McMaster community, we all have a role in continuing that learning and considering how it informs the ways we work, learn, teach, lead, and engage with one another.

The Knowledge Hub is designed to support that ongoing learning by bringing together accessible information, definitions, guidance, research, and practical resources on key EDIA and human rights concepts. It helps members of the McMaster community understand key concepts, relevant University policies and responsibilities, and how equity, accessibility, inclusion, and human rights issues may arise in practice across campus. As language, research, policy, and community understandings continue to change, the Hub will also continue to grow, evolve, and be strengthened over time.
